Rise up!
Featuring fiddle, whistle and flute by Eoin de Paor, plus Neil Peart drum loops, this builds into a wonderful barn dance session as the instruments layer up. Mastered and Unmastered are terms used in the final stages of audio production. The ambiguity in this title was too much to resist and a quote from Anarcho-Syndicalist Rudolph Rocker on the sleeve notes ties in nicely. Being a self-released and almost 100% solo album Steve didn’t shy away from wearing his heart on his album sleeve.
